Bar 2 Bar (Advanced Class Option)
Bar to Bar is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class with olympic and/or heavy lifting.
Boot Camp (Calisthenics/Strength and Cardio)
This class offers different formats that are specific to all body weight exercises.
Boot Camp (Tabata/Strength and Cardio)
This class is designed around intervals of intense training that include calisthenics, weights, etc. The format could be (20 seconds on/10 seconds off or 40 seconds on 20 seconds off)
Boot Camp (Kettlebell/ Strength and Cardio)
This class uses kettlebells for cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Different formats such as circuit style training are offered to increase the impact this class has on those who attend.
Circuit
Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. Some classes alternate an aerobic activity with a muscle-strengthening activity. Others focus exclusively on muscle toning or aerobic exercise.
Pound Fit

TRX Classes
TRX Training is a 30 minute class designed to use gravity and body weight using a suspension training system to perform tons of sculpting, toning, and cardiovascular exercises.
Yoga
Yoga uses isometric exercises along with other postures that are designed to make the core and back stronger.
Zumba Burst
Dance Fitness combined with high intensity interval training. Fun dance moves and intense cardio that almost feels like you haven’t worked out at all.
